HOW DOES OUR AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE CENTER WORK?


Sector Science Center that is within the structure of the factory, ensures that physical and chemical analyzes are performed quickly during production. Thanks to our science center that we constantly integrate with current technologies, we minimize the possible product defects and achieve the fastest results. While all details about the product are determined before and after production, we offer the product to the consumer after the quality and process control team decides that the product is substantially appropriate. Thus, we minimize the time cost and increase the gains while responding to the expectations of our consumers at full strength.

Sector Science Center ensures that the parameters such as desired density, pH, color, nitrogen amount and metal amount in the products are accurate by working as a whole with the production stations.  Because fertilizer products that reach the consumers are prepared in the necessary and accurate rates, they increase the productivity of the user. Sector Science Center always works by being open to special product development at regional or global level with customer oriented work. It has ability to quickly be integrated into changing climatic conditions of the countries and the differences caused by these conditions, and to produce solution and experience.

Nitrogen is determined by fully automatic technologies. While obtaining results with high certainty and accuracy, analysis errors resulting from users are minimized. By this means, economy of time and others is preserved.

Metal elements in the sample at different rates are determined by AAS technology. By this means, we obtain results with high certainty and accuracy. Sometimes the metal content might be at very low levels, so it is difficult to determine. Since AAS technology has a wide range in measurement, it offers the lowest or highest amount of metal precisely and accurately.
