With our wide range of products in the fields of plant nutrition and plant protection, we carry out our productions in accordance with international standards. Our plant protection products, such as insecticides, acaricides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth regulators, and more, provide effective control against pests in agricultural areas, while our powder and liquid plant nutrition products meet the nutritional needs of plants in the most ideal way. Through our specialized R&D efforts, we are taking pioneering steps to increase productivity and ensure sustainability in agriculture. At every stage of production, our products undergo rigorous quality control processes to offer our farmers risk-free, top-quality solutions.
Thanks to our 'On-Site Analysis' program, we produce fertilizers tailored to the specific needs of the farmer, crop, and soil. Through this program, we provide the most suitable nutritional solutions for each farmer's soil and crops, helping them achieve maximum productivity in their production. At our Dr. Sector Science Center, established in 2016, we base our innovations on scientific principles. This center leads in product development, sustainable quality, and innovative solutions in the fields of plant protection and plant nutrition. Our professional team, field agronomists, and academic collaborations work with a global-standard approach to understand the needs of our farmers and provide them with the most appropriate solutions.
Our plant nutrition facility in Konya, operating on a 20,000 m2 area with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of solid and 30,000 tons of liquid fertilizers, is one of the most modern and internationally standardized production facilities in Turkey. In Aksaray, our plant protection production facility, operating on a 35,000 m2 area with a 26,000 m2 production area and an annual production capacity of 45,000 tons, is the most modern facility in Turkey, producing according to EU and US standards. In these facilities, we continuously update our production technologies, producing and developing plant protection and nutrition products according to international standards. With the high-tech equipment in our production park, we produce a wide variety of products at high speed and superior quality, meeting the needs of our dealers and farmers whenever they require them. Our human resources policies also allow us to recruit young agricultural engineers in our country, offering them opportunities for development and supporting the cultivation of new conscious generations that will contribute to Turkish agriculture, thus investing in the future of our country.

As of the date of the prospectus, the Company has 6 branches. Bursa, Antalya, İzmir, and Çukurova regional directorates and the Karatay branch coordinate seed, plant protection, and plant nutrition product sales, technical support, and logistics operations throughout all regions of Turkey, while managing production and storage processes.
The registration procedures for the Aksaray production facility as a branch have been completed, and official, legal, technical, license, and permit applications related to production have been submitted.
The Company's plant nutrition facility located in Konya operates on an area of 20,000 m² and has an annual production capacity of 46,080 tons of solid and 28,800 tons of liquid fertilizers. The plant protection production facility in Aksaray is situated on a 35,000 m² land with a 26,000 m² closed area and has an annual production capacity of approximately 45,000 tons.
The Company continues its cooperation with global agricultural companies such as KWS, BASF, UPL, and Inesta on a distributorship and authorized dealership basis. In the plant nutrition product group, exports continue to Tunisia, Egypt, Azerbaijan, Morocco, Iraq, and Uzbekistan; with products whose registration process will be completed, exports will start to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), Georgia, and Jordan. In the plant protection product group, with products whose registration process will be completed, exports will begin to Egypt, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, TRNC, Georgia, and Jordan.
In 2024, the Company started working on establishing the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System within the scope of the Integrated Management System, considering its growing corporate structure, expanded product range, and increased sales volume. The certification processes for these systems are targeted to be completed by the end of this year.
The construction of the plant protection products manufacturing facility, which began in 2021 in the Aksaray Organized Industrial Zone, was completed this year. Work on the placement and installation of the purchased machinery and equipment within the facility is ongoing. This production facility is being established on a 35,000 m² land area with a closed area of 26,000 m² and an annual production capacity of 45,000 tons.
To develop commercial relations with West African countries, participation was made in the Senegal Agriculture Fair.
The Çukurova Branch, established in 2023, engages in the sales of seeds, plant protection, and plant nutrition products to the Southeastern Anatolia and Çukurova regions, providing technical support activities to regional dealers and farmers.
To develop commercial relations with North African countries, participation was made in the Morocco Agriculture Fair.
Within this year, the Company increased its capital from 120,000,000 TRY to 600,000,000 TRY. Of the increased 480,000,000 TRY, 45,732,634.79 TRY was covered from the amount in the Company's revaluation fund account, 45,938,360 TRY from retained earnings, and the remaining 388,329,005.21 TRY from the Company's long-term liabilities to shareholders shown on the balance sheet.
By the year 2022, the Company established its Izmir Branch again to expand its customer portfolio through the market network, and this branch is engaged in the sales of seeds, plant protection, and plant nutrition products, providing technical support activities to regional dealers and farmers.
Within this year, the Company increased its capital from 27,000,000 TRY to 120,000,000 TRY. Of the increased 93,000,000 TRY, 19,202,333.57 TRY was covered from the amount in the Company's revaluation fund account, 5,468,764.80 TRY from retained earnings, and 67,289,360.26 TRY from the recognized commodity special provision account.
The Company established its Konya Karatay Branch to ensure the storage, retail sale, and distribution of plant protection products produced under its own name.
In the same year, the Company expanded its customer portfolio and market network in the agricultural sector by opening branches in Bursa and Antalya.
To operate in the plant protection field, the Company laid the foundations for a plant protection product manufacturing facility in Aksaray OSB within the same year.
During this year, the Company increased its capital from 13,500,000 TL to 27,000,000 TL. Of the 13,500,000 TL increase, 6,495,355.72 TL was covered from the Company’s retained earnings, and the remaining 969,888 TL was paid in cash.
To develop its activities in the field of agricultural pesticides, the Company established a specialized team within its organization focused on pesticides. Together with this team, the Company started product development and pesticide license applications in the agricultural pesticide field.
In order to develop its activities in the field of agricultural pesticides, the Company purchased the pesticide licenses belonging to Asya Crop Science, a company engaged in the production and sale of plant protection products. After obtaining the plant protection product business license, the Company registered the purchased licenses under the Sector Tarım name. Since then, it has had the licensed products manufactured by Tarkim Bitki Koruma Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., enabling the first plant protection products under the Sector Tarım brand to be placed on the shelves.
The Company increased its capital from 6,000,000 TL to 13,500,000 TL. Of the 7,500,000 TL increase, 2,406,193.50 TL was covered from the Company’s retained earnings, 4,801,593.40 TL from the inventory and special reserves registered in accordance with Law No. 6736, and 292,273.10 TL was paid in cash.
In 2017, the Company participated in Growtech, Turkey’s only international agriculture fair held in Antalya, as well as in an international agricultural fair held in Brazil.
In 2016, in order to improve the quality of its products and to develop innovative methods related to production processes, the Company established the “Dr. Sector Science Center” at its headquarters. This center is actively engaged in R&D activities aimed at improving existing products and developing new ones for the agricultural sector.
In the same year, the Company also participated in the China Agricultural Fair.
In 2014, upon the completion of the fertilizer production facility whose construction had begun earlier that year, the Company relocated its headquarters to:
“Büyükkayacıkosb Mahallesi, 103. Street No:9/1, Selçuklu/Konya.”
With this address change, the Company began manufacturing its own products at its own facility and also initiated export activities of plant nutrition products to Syria. The facility has an annual production capacity of approximately 50,000 tons of solid and 30,000 tons of liquid fertilizers.
In the same year, the Company participated in the Tunisian Agricultural Fair, marking its first attendance at an international trade fair.
Also in this year, the Company increased its capital from 3,000,000 TL to 6,000,000 TL. Of the 3,000,000 TL increase, 823,207.96 TL was covered from retained earnings shown on the balance sheet, while the remaining 2,176,792.04 TL was paid in cash.
Following the Company’s application for land acquisition in the Konya Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ), a 20,000 m² plot was allocated, and the purchase was completed by the Company. Construction activities for the establishment of a fertilizer production facility began on this land. Additionally, the Company made its first investment in the field of agricultural pesticides by obtaining its first distributorship from BASF.
Based on the registrations it obtained, and in response to increasing demand for Sector Tarım-branded plant nutrition products—produced at facilities approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and in collaboration with the Company—the Company decided to establish a fertilizer plant. In 2013, it completed feasibility studies and applied for land allocation within the Konya Organized Industrial Zone.
In the same year, the Company increased its capital from 1,200,000 TL to 3,000,000 TL. Of the 1,800,000 TL capital increase, 735,679.86 TL was covered from retained earnings shown on the balance sheet, while the remaining 1,064,320.14 TL was paid in cash.
The Company's headquarters was relocated on 19.07.2012 to the address: "Fevzi Çakmak Mahallesi, 10652 Street No:15, Karatay/Konya."
In 2012, the Company became the distributor in Turkey for KWS Saat SE & Co., one of the world's leading sugar beet seed producers based in Germany. In Turkey, where sugar beet cultivation areas are determined based on quotas, the Company accounts for 40% of sugar beet seed sales when the amount of seeds sold is compared to the cultivated area.
In 2010, the Company began operating not only in the seed and plant nutrition markets of the agricultural sector but also in the plant protection market. Accordingly, it started conducting purchase and sales activities for both imported and domestic plant protection products. Through this expansion, the Company began to operate in all three main areas of the agricultural sector: seeds, plant nutrition, and plant protection.
As of 03.09.2009, the Company relocated its headquarters to the address "Büsan 4th Organized Industrial Zone, 10664 Street No:31/F Karatay/Konya" and moved into the facility it owns within the said OIZ, in response to its increasing business volume. Following this change of address, no activities continued at the Company’s former headquarters.
In the same year, the Company launched its first fertilizer under the Sector Tarım brand by outsourcing production to facilities with the necessary approvals granted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and with which the Company collaborates. This strategic move contributed to the growth of the Company. That same year, through its operations with Alfredo Inesta, the Company carried out the largest liquid fertilizer import since its establishment. At that time, it achieved the highest turnover since its founding.
During this year, the Company increased its capital from 500,000 TL to 1,200,000 TL. Of the 700,000 TL capital increase, 312,789.93 TL was covered from previous years' profits recorded in the balance sheet, while the remaining 387,210.07 TL was paid in cash.
The company increased its capital from 200,000 TL to 500,000 TL, and the capital increase was fully paid in cash.
Negotiations were initiated with the French company SDP, and the variety of imported plant nutrition products was expanded through an import agreement made with the Spanish company TECA Agro.
In line with the agreement made with the Spanish company Alfredo Inesta, imported products were added to the sales portfolio through the import of organic and chemical fertilizers. The company also participated in the Konya Agriculture Fair, marking its first trade fair attendance.
The company expanded its product segment by adding seeds to the product groups it trades.
Within this year, the company increased its capital from 50,000,000,000 (50,000) TL to 200,000,000,000 (200,000) TL, and the capital increase was fully paid in cash.
The company was established as a joint stock company under the name "Sector Tarım Kimya Gıda Pazarlama Sanayii ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi" and registered with the Konya Trade Registry Office under registration number 26437 on 11.12.2002, to engage in the production and trade of all kinds of agricultural products, feed, and animal food. The company's initial capital was 50,000,000,000 TL (50,000 TL in today's currency) and was fully paid in cash. In the year it was established, the company began its fertilizer trading activities at its registered headquarters address: "Fevzi Çakmak Mah. Yaş Sebzeciler Koop. 6 Sk. 9 Blok No. 14 Karatay/Konya."
